This Privacy Policy governs how Loanza® (“Loanza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our loan connection service at https://loanza.us (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect two types of information from users:
a. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
This includes information that can identify you as an individual, such as: Full name, Date of birth, Social Security number, Driver’s license or ID number, Contact information (email, phone, address), Employment and income details, Bank account details and Credit information.
How We Collect It:
You provide this information when you use the Service, such as by filling out our online form.
Why We Collect It:
- To connect you with lenders who may offer loan products
- To deliver products or services to you
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To provide customer support
- To communicate offers from Loanza, our partners, or other third parties via email, phone (including telemarketing calls, automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice message), SMS, mobile devices or postal mail
We may use your Social Security number and financial information to evaluate your loan eligibility and match you with lenders.
b. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Anonymous information that cannot be associated with a specific individual, such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Access times
- Site activity (pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, clicked links)
- Device identifiers and cookies
How We Collect It:
Through browser cookies, pixels, and third-party analytics or tracking technologies.
Why We Collect It:
- To improve the user experience and functionality of the Service
- To remember user preferences
- For website analytics and statistics
- To deliver relevant advertising (see “Cookies & Tracking” below)
2. How We Share Your Information
We reserve the right to share any and all information collected from you on this Service:
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law, court order, warrant, subpoena, or legal process or requested by a court of competent jurisdiction, governmental authority, or quasi-governmental authority; or in connection with fraud prevention or enforcement of our Terms.

- With Lenders and Partners: To match you with loan providers or marketing partners who may offer relevant products or services.
- With Service Providers: Such as analytics providers, ad networks, and security services.
By submitting your information, you expressly authorize Loanza, its affiliates and other interested third parties to contact you via email, mobile device or telephone to provide information regarding promotions, offers, products, or services in which you might be interested, even if your contact information is listed on a corporate, state, or federal Do-Not-Contact registry. You may unsubscribe at any time. By willingly requesting such contact, you waive your right to file a claim or complaint with the FTC, FCC, or any other federal or state agency.
3. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
4. Information Security
We use a combination of technical and managerial security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure, including:
- Encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for data transmission
- Firewalls
- Secure servers ensured by reputable security service providers
- Restricted internal access to personal information
While we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your data, no system can guarantee complete security. Occasionally, those third-party websites may provide us with information about how you operated on their sites.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
This section applies to California residents only.
Your Rights Under the CCPA:
You have the right to:

- The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected
- The business purpose for collecting or selling personal information

- However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. We are NOT required to:
- Retain any personal information about you that was collected for a single one-time transaction if, in the ordinary course of business, that information about you is not retained;

Exercising Your Rights
To make a verifiable consumer request for information collected or data deletion, or to opt out of data sharing, please use our Contact Page.
If you’re an authorized agent making a request on someone’s behalf, please send an email request via our Contact Page. We will ask you to submit documentation to verify your authority.
Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request for data deletion, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected,
- Fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law,
- Provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you,
- Otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;

9. Do Not Track Signals
Our Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings or signals.
